New Years Eve

This year I was safe and rode with everyone out at the barn.  We enjoyed the sunshine and the time together.

Got to ride Pride in the woods and around other horses.  She was very good, and we practiced waiting around for a while.  Worked on her head and the bridle.  She really needs to have another adjustment.  Lynn, Catherine and Jo all had a ride on Pride and she was very good for all of them.  Bending around the trees and learning to stop and wait was good for her.  Plan on riding tomorrow again.

Happy New Year

Last night took BooBoo for a ride

Wanted to step up Bailey and my parade entry with having Booboo ride with us.  I took BooBoo to the barn and we did a test drive, it was find, until Bailey wanted to trot.

After thinking about this, I decided it would be better to do it at a day time parade instead of ones with the lights and darkness.   We will practice more during the year.

Why I stop blogging?

I guess I forgot to continue this daily part of my riding.  It does help to write my thought and journey with Bailey.
I wanted to change horses again.  The feeling of boredom  comes in and I want a new project.  With the sales of puppies gone, my money situation is different.  I haven't been able to get lesson or do Parelli things. 

This is going to change and I am going to put more effort into Bailey and become a team again.  With more goals and at least a lesson or two.

Bailey was not sound most of the summer, but now I see that I have lost my focus I am going to start back with some of the games and get a partner again.
